Refund Policy

Blooup sells one-time, flat-fee consulting engagements (for example Audit Sprint, Growth Engagement, and Fractional SEO Lead). This policy explains when refunds are available. Currency for all fees and refunds is USD.

If you cancel in writing before the kickoff call is held and before we have delivered any audit files, workshops, or working-session materials, we will refund 100% of the engagement fee.

Request cancellations by emailing support@blooup.net from the address used at checkout, and include your receipt or payment reference.

Once kickoff has occurred or deliverables have been shared, fees are generally non-refundable because senior consulting time has been reserved and spent. In limited cases we may offer a partial credit toward a future engagement at our discretion (for example if we cannot staff the engagement as sold).

If a paid deliverable is materially incomplete relative to the purchased scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will either complete the missing work at no extra charge or, if we cannot cure, issue a partial refund proportional to the undelivered scope.

Dissatisfaction with search rankings or traffic outcomes alone is not grounds for a refund. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control; see our Terms of Service.

Please contact us before filing a payment dispute so we can resolve the issue. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in suspension of future service. This does not limit rights you may have under card network or consumer protection rules.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
